It all began with an idea… let’s make a beer inspired by our Texas-style BBQ and ask out fans to help us name it! And so it began… the creation of Smokey and the Banded IPA with Banded Horn Brewing Co.!
Name That Beer CONTEST!
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming collaboration with Banded Horn Brewing Co.- a crushable, summertime IPA that will pair perfectly with our smoky Texas-style BBQ!
There’s just one problem… the beer doesn’t have a name yet! Can you help?

The person who submits the winning title will be invited to join us Banded Horn Brewing Co. on May 18, 2015 as we band together in brewing our collaboration. Contest entries accepted until May 15th, 2015.
Nonprofit Nights at Elsmere BBQ
Hello, Southern Maine nonprofits! Would you like to host a nonprofit night at our location on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening? A percentage of food sales that evening goes right back to your organization.
How does is work?

Nonprofit Nights are run on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings only.

The nonprofit has access to the Elsmere BBQ space from 4-9pm on the date selected.

Available dates for nonprofit nights are very limited, so please plan to book your date well in advance and be proactive to secure your spot.

The nonprofit will receive 8% of all food sales that evening.

The nonprofit is encouraged to bring banners, literature, and run auctions or raffles to make the most of the evening’s foot traffic.

If the nonprofit creates an electronic poster, webpage, or graphic to promote the event, we will gladly post it to our Facebook page before the event.
