Jeremy Rush

Jeremy Rush is Adam’s longtime friend and culinary partner who have combined over 40 years experience in the business. Jeremy’s BBQ influence comes from his fondest memories of roadside barbecue restaurants while making his yearly family-visit to Kansas. BBQ is a family tradition for Jeremy whose father used to pull out the smoker for holidays and family gatherings. The technique and love for barbecue has stayed with him over the years and he is proud to share this passion for delicious BBQ with you. Jeremy is a local from Freeport, Maine and attended North Yarmouth Academy where he was the captain of the varsity Hockey Team. Jeremy currently lives in Portland, ME with his wife and two kids.
