Let's MAKE IT HAPPEN

SCROLL DOWN

Let's MAKE IT HAPPEN

HOW DO NONPROFIT NIGHTS WORK?

1. Nonprofit of the night gets 8% of all food sales including take-out.

2. Nonprofit must fill out the tax id form and bring on night of event (we will send to you via email).

3. At least 2 weeks before the event, please send along the nonprofit’s logo, website link, Facebook page link, graphics, or posters created to promote the event on our social media channels.

4. Nonprofit is responsible for promoting the event with the help of Elsmere BBQ using content you post on our Facebook page, Twitter feed, and Instagram profile to further promote you via our social media network.

5. Nonprofit must have at least 1 representative at the event from 4-7pm to answer any questions and represent your cause.

6. If you have large groups of helpers, please encourage them to offer their tables to diners rather than sitting at their tables for extended periods of time. The more tables come in and out during the evening, the more money you make to support your cause!

7. We encourage you to hang banners, hand out literature and hold raffles to generate more income for your cause, but no changes may be made to the structure of the building. The long waiting table at the entrance is often used to promote raffles and post literature.

8. A check may be picked up as early as the next day provided you leave a completed tax form. A check may also be mailed if you prefer- just let us know!
